Kidtropolis is a family event for children aged 12 and under and their parents and care givers.

Q: When is Kidtropolis?
A: Kidtropolis is open at the NEC Birmingham Friday 6th, Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th April (Easter holidays) 2018.
Q: What time does Kidtropolis open?
A: Tickets for Kidtropolis are valid for 4 hours. You can choose either a morning session from 9.30am-1.30pm or an afternoon session from 2pm to 6pm.

Q:How much are Kidtropolis Tickets?
A: Tickets to Kidtropolis are currently priced at £9.99 plus an admin fee for both adults and children for four hours. Tickets on the door are priced at £12.00 – cash only. All tickets are subject to availability.
Babes in arms (children aged 12 months and under) are currently free of charge.

Q: What time can I arrive at Kidtropolis?
A:Queuing halls will open approximately 45 minutes prior to the show doors opening. Please note last entry is one hour prior to event close (12.30pm for the morning session and 5.00pm for the afternoon session) and last re-entry to the event is 15 minutes before show close (1.15pm for the morning session, 17.45pm for the PM session)
Q: Is Kidtropolis fully accessible?
A: Kidtropolis is all on one level. It is a noisy, fun, vibrant event. Some activities may not be suitable for all. Please check the individual activity details on our website for more information and please take a look at the Kidtropolis Accessibility page for more assistance.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Only guide dogs are permitted in the NEC.
Q: Can I bring in Children older than 12?
A: Yes of course!
Q: Can I leave my child at Kidtropolis and collect them later?
A: All children must be accompanied by a parent / care giver at all times throughout the event.
Q: What’s included in my Kidtropolis ticket?
A: Your four hour ticket includes everything Kidtropolis has to offer, subject to availability or accept where stated. There may be additional charges for some activities. Please keep an eye on additional announcements we make on our website and special media. Currently there are no additional charges unless you decide to purchase product, buy drinks or food or unless additional charges are specified for particular activities. Some activities may require you to book in a time slot and return later. Tickets may also include complimentary gifts, please see the ticketing page for more information.
Q: Is parking included in my ticket?
A: Car Parking charges are separate to your Kidtropolis ticket.
Q: How do I get the cheapest tickets to Kidtropolis?
A: The earlier you purchase your tickets, the better the cost.

Q: Can I change my ticket once I have purchased them?
A: Unfortunately not, tickets are not changeable, transferable or refundable. Please check your ticket provider’s terms and conditions.
Q: Can I sell my Kidtropolis Tickets or can I buy Kidtropolis tickets from an individual?
A: Kidtropolis retains the right to ask for proof of your identification before entering the event. The name of the person on your ticket must match the ID you present on the day otherwise you may be refused entry. Buying or selling Kidtropolis tickets unless you are an approved Kidtropolis ticket seller is strictly prohibited.
Q: Will I get to see and do everything at Kidtropolis?
A: Tickets to Kidtropolis include activities and shows subject to availability, unless where specified. As well as live shows there is a lot to see and do at Kidtropolis. You may not get to see and do everything and please note there may be height, age and ability restrictions on some activities. Please refer to the individual activities listed on our website for more information. Please expect to queue.
Q: Can I bring in my own food and drink?
A: There is plenty of food outlets operated on site by the venue. You can also bring in your own food and drink, but you will not be able to bring alcohol, glass bottles or cutlery into the event.
Q: Does Kidtropolis continue in the rain?
A: Absolutely, it’s ALL indoors.
Q: Do I need to bring money?
A: There are opportunities to purchase products on site with a mix of cash and card options should you wish to. There are free cash machines in the venue.

Q: I have lost my ticket/booking reference what do I do?

Q: I haven’t received my tickets yet. Where are they?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder in your email prior to contacting the ticket provider who sold Kidtropolis tickets to you. If the tickets aren’t there, please then contact the ticket seller.
